"He's extremely rude - and short answered, and disrespectful. He actually cursed at me. He emailed me, indicating to me that my homeowners insurance was not going to renew, so I needed a different provider. After a few email exchanges, he still wasn't clear with the questions I was asking. He's very short and condescending, and does not answer questions directly. and I can tell he was getting frustrated that I wasn't being a "quick sell". After several missed calls, (I had my ringer off) - and a bit of phone tag we finally caught up. I asked my questions, and instead of focusing on explaining thing clearly and just taking care of business, he continued to angrily complain about not answering the phone, and said "Either sign the "f*cking contract or don't - your not my only customer" I almost have to laugh now, but wow. Pretty clueless about customer service. Reading reviews about him on various social media outlets doesn't surprise me that he's 1 to 2 star's across the board. It's a shame really."

"Do not use them!!! Mistakes happen, but they never took ownership of the problem and proved untrustworthy. I had to follow up to make sure we had insurance and correct all the billing problems. It took me over 2 months and 10 phone calls to insurance and mortgage companies to fix their mistakes."
