Hampton Inn & Suites Greenville Airport

"I’m not one to do many reviews but Holly made my stay so much better. I travel for work and being in hotels 4-5 nights a week isn’t always ideal. I had gotten a room with a loud heater, I called the front desk and without question not only was I put in another room on the same floor (I’m a top floor snob) but she upgraded me to a suite for the inconvenience. This is my goto hotel now when I’m in Greenville which is about 4x a month. Thanks Holly for great customer service!"

"Great location within 7 miles of the airport. Staff was friendly. I do wish they had larger pillows. Breakfast was pretty standard fare for Hampton;) if I had any wish it would be that the coffee be refreshed in the evening especially when it was cold outside."

"No decaf coffee or tea the 3 1/2 days of our visit. No clock or radio in the room but they did try to find one for us but had none. The bed pillows smelled like sweaty heads despite them providing me with a clean pillow protector and pillow case. No anti slip grids in the tub. My 82 year old husband with balance problems was afraid of falling and the tub wasn't draining properly. I mentioned this at check out and was told they had mats to put in the tub had we asked. You would think they would automatically make sure the tubs were safe or tell you they had mats upon check in. Who would think to ask for an anti slip bath mat? We won't be staying there again. Disappointed since Hamptons used to be nice places to stay."

"A conventiently located, comfortable Hampton with friendly staff and large rooms. The water pressure was non exisistant in our rooms but other than that, a pleasant stay. Side note: Beds are very firm."

"Customer service was above and beyond by both Nick at the front desk and the gentleman working the breakfast buffet. As a bonus, it was a pleasure to see hard boiled eggs on the buffet because we like to have a healthy protein that is not combined with dairy or carbs. Also, while this is not important in the Grand scheme of things, this hotel had the best HH snacks that I can recall seeing at a Hilton brand hotel. Five stars all around for Hampton Inn & Suites Greenville Airport."
