"I've never seen a slower Chick-fil-A than these folks. The wait inside and in the drive thru is brutal. I ordered fries the other day and they clearly had been recooked. They were nice about replacing them BUT they should never send food out like that. Hope they can improve."

"Please open both lanes back up for dinner and breakfast... the mobile only line needs to go.... traffic stays blocked up in the highway and there is never more than 2 or 3 cars tops in the mobile order line............... read the customer...... open both lanes to drive thru and mobile order can park and check in when arrived.... like every other online order pick up...."

"Never had this experience at a Chic Fil A before. This happened 2 minutes ago. Went through drive thru and no one came to take the order. I just assumed it was a slower time so I could just order at the window menu. No one came to my car and I waited at the old menu window where they used to take the order. Sat there for like 2 minutes and nothing. The car in front of me was gaining some space and there was a car behind me so I just pulled forward and figured I'd order at the window to keep the line moving. Once I got to rhe window, the nice lady asked for my name, I explained the situation and another lady wearing a different shirt (I'm assuming the manager) said, "I'm sorry, but you'll have to wait back in line, this time pull into window 1." I responded "really, I can't just order now?" She said "no, pull around." No help, explanation, nothing. Just expects me to wait in line a second time. I already had waited about 7 minutes. So I left. I thought it was extremely rude and very poor customer service. Deserves a 1 star. If I was the owner, I'd be very upset that my manager handles people that way. I won't be back. Extremely out of character for a typical chic fil a"

"This location used to offer flawless service, but over the past year, I often do not get what I ordered in my to go bag. Frequently, one of the items I ordered is missing, hoping that management will get this issue, resolved soon, because it always used to be run so well."

"Once again order is wrong. Pimento cheese sandwich with nothing but jalapeños all over it. Come in guys. 5th time in just a few weeks. And gift cards don’t cut it. Get it together."
