"Too much money, take copies of your ID (only certain patrons) that they keep in a big file easily obtained by scammers. You don’t get a regular hotel stay anymore. I witnessed them take a credit card from a business owner over the phone for his staff residing but no copy of his ID was placed in the file."

"READ THIS BEFORE BOOKING. I will come out of the gate and say this place isn't bad, but there needs to be a realignment about expectations and how this place is rated as it is certainly not a 8.2 out of 10 and a 4 out of 5 (depending on which site you look at) Location is great as it's near everything you could possibly need. Upon entering, you will feel like you are walking into a cheap motel. The late night window when the door is locked, and the vending machine (complete with condoms) and cooler with beer that are staring you in the face when you first walk in. Once you turn the corner it looks a little better. Lobby is clean and in decent shape. Check in was fine, and went to the elevator to the second floor. I dubbed the area I was in as the "welfare wing". The first guest I see when the elevator doors open is a women coming from the vending machine area with her chubby belly hanging out of a half shirt, and her pants undone. Walking down the hallway, people have their doors partially open and this hotel has more of a "residential" feel more than anything. I would be SHOCKED if there weren't monthly renters in this hotel. Lots of loud people and TV's as you pass each door. I went into my room which was smaller than expected (I had been driving for several hours and totally forgot to take a picture.) I will say the room was clean and functional though. The bathroom was a little worse for wear, with the back wall all coming apart above the bathtub. The hotel guests/residents are a rowdy bunch. Not much care for the other people who stay there. People sitting on the floor talking on their cell phones, being woken up at 2am by someone knocking (at various speeds and force) for 5 mins on someone's door, I could even hear someone snoring all night. One of the reasons why I booked was b/c breakfast is included. It's all very carb centric with one sorta omelet situation that is in the fridge and I guess you warm it up in the microwave. Needless to say I passed on the free breakfast. That all being said... would I stay there again? Very possibly. Knowing what I know now, and what I would be getting into. It wasn't terrible, but it is NOT an 8.2 out of 10 or 4 out of 5. A 6.5 at max out of 10 and a 3 out of 5. If you realign your expectations, consider the price, you'll have no issues."

"I give this hotel 3.5 stars. The hotel was clean, rooms were nice, and good location. The morning employees were nice but upon arrival at 11:30pm, they weren’t. If you’re looking for a hotel that has good and big breakfast, this isn’t the right one. I would stay here again but I would be prepared to eat somewhere else."

"Ok hotel Room was OK. Not great, not bad. The included breakfast was just barely enough to be counted as providing a breakfast. Housekeeping used a stolen shopping cart to supplement the housekeeping cart. Coin laundry was provided at $2 a wash and $2 a dry. Room was not kid friendly: lots of exposed cords. Hotel is displaying (but not enforcing) mask requirements despite it being fall of 2023."

"I would have given this hotel a five star however they are on some improved things I need to be made first. The staff was very friendly and helping me to find the room. Although it is labeled on the walls. The hallwas clean there was a fresh smell that was pleasant in the hallway. Bathroom was clean and ready to be used. The room was clean they did not give me fresh sheets every day as I expected but then I found out I had to ask. The one annoying thing was they had tea of gnat flying about. I asked the staff member for help to eliminate them and the gentleman brought up the can bug spray. I was hesitant to use it as I had to sleep in the room and did not want the smell from the insecticide to affect me. He stated he used this in the room all the time and that there had never been a complaint. Still skeptical about that. The breakfast ba however. I would choose this hotel again if I should happen to stay in the area. It's close to a lot of things such as food shopping and even groceries."
