"Wish I could give zero stars. Tried refilling my indigestion medication today and was called and told I was on day 44 of my 90 day prescription. I haven’t received a 90 day prescription. I received a 30 day. I explained this when I called back and spoke with an older lady that was very rude! She tried basically accusing me of misusing my prescription. She said “Mhm” when I told her they didn’t give me 90 pills. Her response was “Our robot counted it, so I know you received 90 pills.” I tried calling back once I got the bottle that said the quantity was 30, not 90. No one answered. Finally got someone on the phone and she made it right. I get there to pick up the 60 pills they owed me and asked the woman at the window if there were exactly 60 in there because I didn’t want to go through this again and explained how the employee was very rude regarding the situation. She literally looked at me with a rude tone and said “Ma’am, I don’t know what to tell you. I don’t know how many are in here.” Staff need to be replaced. I won’t be back to this pharmacy. I only used it because it’s on my way home from work, but I’ll happily drive 15-20 minutes out of the way from now on."

"Unbelievable. I went drive thru. Pulled to second window as you are supposed to do. Sat there for 15 minutes and watched the bimbo at first window complete 5 transactions of people BEHIND ME IN LINE. The second window NEVET OPENED!!! This place has gone way downhill. Pathetic"

"I have been a customer for several years and I'm completely happy with the service and prices. The staff is not overly chatty. They're more focused on getting your scrips to you. My ONLY complaint is the drive thru configuration. The 2 windows create a bottleneck. While they're doing a little construction I wish they would consider a different setup for the drive thru."

"I shop at this store regularly and I got there today at 6:59-7:00 and after I sat in line for 7 minutes the rude girl opens the window and tells me a bold faced lie that they didn't have the product I was looking for but then also told me that they opened at 9am tomorrow which tells me they did have my product but just wasn't going to sell it to me and then she said "We are trying to go home"...it wasn't like there was 4 cars behind me? I was the last car and by the time she told me her lies she could have made the transaction! Unbelievable"
