"It is a community pool so only members of the homeowners association that have paid the pool fee can use it. The area looks nice and it is a good depth for kids but it does not have a deep end for adults to dive in. There are broken pieces of the pool and the umbrellas are already looking damaged. Additionally the chairs need a cleaning."
