"Unfortunately, Low Country Pool has become completely unresponsive! We were a weekly customer and they did not answer calls or emails for two weeks. I cancelled our service via email due to no one answering the phones or returning calls. And still no response from them. I have never written a google review before and take each one I read with a "two sides approach". Perhaps there is an underlying issue, but no one even called to explain. Their guarantee of "Crystal Clear" has fallen to "Murky is ok", which doesn't work well for anyone. I hope that they get their business turned around in the future, but currently they have fallen down on their commitments to this customer."
