"I found Vicki to be extremely unprofessional demanding personal information she did not need to give me a quote. It was NOT a good experience at all. This woman is extremely creepy. I had two other quotes at the same time as her. She took a lot of personal information that she did not need to do the farm policy quote I asked her to do. Then, she had the nerve to blame me. This ridiculous nonsense about she needs this information to do an accurate quote is a big fat lie. Beware...she is extremely deceitful and then blames you because she is trying to scam you."

"Mrs. Vehorn is an excellent insurance agent. I’ve been with American National with her as my agent for little over 3 and a half years and she’s had my back every time I needed her; last year my son got into an accident on Woodruff and she made sure he was alright and helped him get home. 2 years ago, I had a small house fire when my wife left the curly iron on in our bathroom and Mrs. Vehorn was there then too. Mrs. Vehorn is professional, caring, and compassionate and brings those characteristics to American National as well. I am happy I switched because not only is she a great insurance agent, but she is also an amazing friend."
