"I have had problems with this pharmacy every single month when trying to refill my son’s prescription. I was told it’s not something they typically keep in stock unless they know that it will be needed every month. I asked if they could make sure to keep it in stock each month because we live right down the road and would be refilling the same prescription every month. The pharmacist told me he would. However, the next month, the same problem happened again and my son was out of his medication for a few days. The pharmacist told me the same thing he had said before about how they could order it, and when I asked him about keeping it in stock the following months, he said they would do that. I explained to him that I has told the same thing the previous month and he said no, it wasn’t on their list but he’d add. So, I’m thinking okay, it was a mix up but it’s fixed now, but the next month comes around and the same thing happened AGAIN!! They tell me the same thing about it not being on the list to order and that they can add it, etc., etc., but then nothing is being ordered. I explained all this to the pharmacist and said I didn’t understand why it was still not resolved. I asked him to please make sure it was on their list for the next month. He said he would but also said to call a few days in advance to make sure. The next month and following months, I started calling ahead to make sure they’ve ordered it, which is an inconvenience I shouldn’t have to deal with, but I’ll deal with it. When I call, I ask if it is in stock and of course, it’s always a no, but they say “they will order it”. Then I have to ask (yet again) if they can put it on the list to order the next month, I explain the situation, and they say okay they will...although I don’t count on it. However, last week I called ahead as usual to make sure it was being ordered and went to go drop off his prescription today and was told they don’t have it in stock!! The pharmacist proceeds to tell me he can order it but it’s going to be a few days. Are you serious?! I am livid!! My son is out of medication and this medication is NOT easy to find anywhere else. I’m done with this pharmacy! I will have to go out of my way somewhere else, but at least I won’t have to deal with this level of inconvenience, unprofessionalism, and stress on top of it."
