"I have attended this Dentistry several times, and did not have good experiences. She comes across as very friendly. It appeared through the course of time of my attendance, there was an issue with staffing turnover. In addition to that, I did not feel that Dr. Fuller did not provide me with the correct services. I even went back for her to make corrections and she made it worse. In all my years, this is the worst experience I’ve had with a dentist."

"Went in for a teeth cleaning that was covered under the pals program back in March of 2022, everything was great, and the staff and doctors were amazing. The issue began in January of 2023. I received a late notice for a charge in the mail dated for 12-03-22. Called the office to get this cleared up, and told I had to speak to the account manager. They would call me back. I never received a call back, so I called again 9 days later and spoke to the Account manager. Account manager explained that the charges were for something that happened during the cleaning. When I asked why I wasn't made aware of the extra charge, and why were they just now billing me 10 months later, she said she would take care of the bill. I thought it was over, until I received a second invoice by mail in July of 2023. I called the office back and explained the above. The new Account Manager informed me that the old account manager had been fired, and she would have to speak to the Doctor on this and call me back. I never received call back, no more letters, no communication of any sort, so I figured it was taken care of. Until I got served a debt collection summons by an officer in front of friends and family at my home this past weekend. Very embarrassing, and phone call would have sufficed. I paid the "debt" plus the unneeded magistrate fees, as the amount is not worth the trouble of going to the hearing. Please communicate with your customers and you will keep more of them."
