"I’ve had several insurance policies with this agent and team since I was born; they were set up by my parents and I continued to go here for my car insurance out of convenience and because I could benefit from their loyalty/multi-car, and good student discounts. Thankfully I never had to think much about it until I was rear ended recently out of town. This speaks for the company as a whole as well but everything was taken care of quickly and with my needs in mind.
