"My wife and I experienced sever property damaged when heavy commercial vehicles ran over the distribution line and chambers of my septic system. The company trespassed, came on my property when no one was home, plowed up 250 yards of my lawn across my front yard with three 18 - wheeler sized vehicles and but gave me the runaround for several months. They would not give me a point of contact or email address, would not return calls, hung up on me, laughed at me, and only gave me a cell number to text estimates and photo to. I talked to State Farm about filing a claim on my insurance and learned that I would have to pay a $3600.00 deductible up front and hope to get my money back. I am retired on a fixed I income. So, I filed a claim with the company’s insurance. That was also a night mare that dragged out for another five more months. Soon after I called State Farm, I received a call from Christine. She was very helpful even though I did not file a claim with State Farm. She advised me on my options, made phone calls to the other insurance company, spoke to them on my behalf, and forwarded information to me. She was proactive in keeping in touch with me by phone and email along the way. The property damage greatly affected our lives for over seven months from late spring to winter. We were not able to use one of our driveways, not able to access half of our property except on foot, and lived with flies and the smell of sewage outside our bedroom windows especially in the summer months. We were not able to get some vehicles, including out camper, out of the garage without trimming trees, etc. My wife and I both have degenerative disc disease, so it was not just painful, it was very demeaning. Chritine was the only person who gave us hope and made us feel valued not only as a customer but as a person. She stayed in touch all the way to the end and followed up after the work was done. We seldom see that kind of work ethics or receive that quality of service any more these days. Thank you, Christine."
