"We moved in SC from upstate NY (Rochester) 3 years ago, we had the same insurance for 25 years up there which was run by a family and we were very loyal to them because of the service and help when needed. "1 star--USELESS!!! Though Google puts them first in the list for Travelers Agent near me, I was told that all they can do is "take a payment". For those needing a quote, etc... they CAN'T help you!!! Ergo... USELESS!!!"

"I sent them an email. They never responded. Update 8/23/22. My sincere apologies to Wickliffe Insurance, I did receive a response to my email the very NEXT DAY The email was in my promotional folder which I neglected to check. Again my sincere apologies."
