I told him that I currently have State Farm and if he going to let State Farm beat them out in a quote then we shouldn’t proceed. He was quick to end the call. I do not recommend this local geico agent. Maybe another that has had their coffee."

"After being a loyal customer for 3 years, I decided to put my car in storage. They made me get a storage policy and turn my plates into the DMV. After doing so I was told I would get a refund from my previous policy. Well that was a lie... My $157 is floating out there and should be given to me but isn't. In those 3 years I never actually spoke to my insurance agent at this agency, I was routed to a call center. Also the app quit working months ago. I no longer need Geico and will not return."

"I called the local agency spoke with someone in the local Geico branch. Gave me an amazing great but of course entered my payment information wrong the payment return because they entered my information incorrectly. And with that being said it resulted in my insurance policy canceling immediately no one was able to assist me I was bounced around from representative to representative. They said oh we’re going to listen to a call we’re going to listen to the recording, just defined out there is no recording. Listening skills is extremely important people professionalism is even more important because to be extremely professional you need to listen to your clients or members or potential customers because word amount is everything when it comes to a company and I would never suggest contacting to acquire auto insurance especially providing payment information to this one specific person that I will not need. Look At all options regardless of others opinions. Because I did find a lot better and Sharon sprayed edits with an amazing company. So I want to thank you Geico in that one specific, Lacking skill for detail the detail and information, Employee. Thank you"
