Walmart Pharmacy

"The customer in front of me was told they were no longer accepting Paper prescription scripts? I have never heard of this in my life before and makes me really question this Pharmacy, as I have life saving medication that sometimes is filled out via paper scripts. Will not be returning as I don't want to risk my life based on a pharmacist that is in a foul mood. Occurred Jan 12th 2024 early afternoon."

"Definitely the worst place I’ve experienced on getting my prescriptions filled & the worst courtesy of all the pharmacists there with the exception of one.I’ll have one person tell me my medicine is ready over the phone then I get there to pick it up & they say it has to be (“ordered”) or it won’t be ready till tomorrow or the next day after I’ve already drove up there. The worst part is every month my prescription comes at the same time but I’m always told it has to be ordered which takes up to 2 days most of the time or over the whole weekends. What kind of professional place does this? Either u have it ready or you don’t. I don’t recommend this place if you need prescriptions filled. Especially monthly prescriptions."

"This is the absolute WORST pharmacy I have ever dealt with in my entire life. They never have my medications ready at the times they say they will be ready. I could call a day before hand and go to pick up and still have to wait 30+minutes! I have went without ANTIDEPRESSANTS and anxiety medications which have life threatening with drawls because they didn’t have it. I ask for my prescriptions to be transferred to Walgreens call the next day they still have not done it. But thank god for Walgreens because I called them and within 30 minutes all three of my medications were ready for pickup and I didn’t have to wait! They are slow and worthless. They have awful attitudes towards customers and never have a smile they look miserable in fact. Hands down the worst place of business I have ever experienced in my life. Do not recommend what so ever! I had to leave atleast one star in order to write a review. They get no stars!"

"Absolute worse pharmacy I have ever been to gave them the written out prescription they said it would be a 15 minute wait came back in 15 minutes they then told me it would be a 5 minute wait so I sat there waiting then went back up they told me it would be another 15 minutes I told them that they told me in the beginning it was originally 15 minutes. they didn’t say anything. They called me up saying it’s ready I payed for it and before they gave it to me they then said it was still not ready so I waited some more. At the point I left it took the 1hour and 15 minutes when it was originally supposed to be 10/15 minutes. And I was in a rush to be somewhere and 10/15 minutes wasn’t bad but when it turned to an hour that was a problem so don’t go there if your planing on a quick and easy day at the pharmacy."

"They would not fill a prescription for pain. The said it was too high of a doses and would only fill it if the doctor lowered it. I talk to the manager and asked her if she knew more than a doctor, she just said it's Walmart policy. This is the only pain prescription that I have had in 20 years and was due to surgery."
