"My husbands refrigerated medicine was delivered there by UPS. We have it dropped off there because UPS drivers always take it to a neighbors house. I always watch for a message telling me it has been delivered and I go right away to pick it up, about 15 minutes. The first time I picked it up there it had been opened and was in the pharmacy. They couldn't find it up front, they said they didn't have it. After going across the street to the UPS store and back home, I went back to CVS in Moore and found it in the pharmacy, opened, after being told it wasn't in pharmacy. The second time I went straight to the pharmacy and they said it wasn't there. I kept telling them it was a mail order prescription and had nothing to do with them, just a UPS package. Finally a man from the pharmacy went up front with me and I found it off to the side by some computer screens. He grabbed it from me and took it back to the pharmacy and opened it. He had no right to open our package. He give me the medicine but none of the packaging. I'm so done with them for anything, there lines are long and slow. I'm having it dropped off at another location now."
"I was picking up a prescription and asked if I could also pay for the items in my basket. Chloe said yes but with an attitude. She did not ring several items up with the advertised buy one get one 50% off pricing so I said that. She said \"you didn't give me your phone number\" so I said \"you didn't ask me for it\". Her. whole attitude during the transaction was unfriendly and as if she didn't want to be there so I asked for the manager. I was then told that she was from another store. She then said \"give me your phone number\". I said \"no, I've had enough of you. I'll ask for the manager at the front of the store\". A woman who apparently was standing in the area came up to me and started yelling that I was rude, calling me Karen, etc. I told her to stay out of it but she kept it up. I said stay out of it again. As I left the prescription counter, Chloe started waiting on her, laughed, and said \"thank you\". I did not say anything inappropriate to Chloe at all. I went to the front of the store to ask for a manager to correct my charges and decided to get a picture of the woman's license plate. She appeared completely out of control and I was afraid. She followed me back into the store, yelling at me again, calling me names with four letter words, video taping me and speaking into her phone saying she was at CVS and the address. I didn't say a word to her. I'm 73 years old and was afraid. This woman involved herself in something did not involve her and was clearly very out of control. An employee who was in the counter office heard all of it so I confirmed with her that she did and asked her to call the police. She said no, she was not going to get involved, and she was off shift soon. She was heavy set, wearing black scrubs, and had short grayish hair. I don't know her name because she had no name badge on. Shouldn't an employee call the police if someone is being verbally attacked and asked for the police to be called? I then called the police myself who spoke with the woman. She admitted that she was out of control, called me names, got involved in something she shouldn't have, etc. I will never go to another CVS store again if I can't count on being treated with respect and I can't count on employees to keep me safe."
"Very friendly and the guy who helped me with my order was very nice."
"Absolute train wreck! They control ever aspect of your prescriptions. If there's any reason for you to truly need to start them your out of luck. You'll get them when their ready to give you them. Is all they have to say is they are waiting for them to be sent to the location. Not true!"
"The staff here is terrible. I see why they’re short staffed. This pharmacy needs new management. Been here several times and each time I left without my medication because the staff kept putting in wrong numbers and codes when trying to run it through my insurance and then tried to tell me the insurance was “terminated”. Called someone about the issue and it supposedly was resolved but I unfortunately experienced it again. This time, the pharmacist threatened to call the cops on me because I wanted to wait at the window until they ran my insurance correctly again. I was told it would only take a few minutes. I honestly didn’t care how long it took because they created the issue. I’m just the customer waiting for my meds. They would have ppl waiting here for 20+ minutes anyway. Maybe if they were more efficient at their job, they wouldn’t have these problems. This staff is real bold in the mouth to say they work like it’s their first day. Wasting my time and gas because they can’t do basic tasks."
