"I WAS WITH THIS AGENCY FOR 3 YEARS AND HAVE NEVER MET OR SEEN TONY GREGORY.. MY RATES WENT UP $50 FOR NOTHING. I LEFT AND NOW IM HAPPY WITH ALLSTATE SAVING OVER $700 A YEAR AND TONY YOU SHOULD BE VISIBLE IF YOU WANT CLIENT'S MONEY!! NOT A GOOD WAY TO DO BUSINESS IF YOU ARE NEVER AROUND!!"

"SORRY.....TERRIBLE... I wouldn't recommend to anyone .. The Owner Tony Gregory is never there to assume ownership for balls that were dropped by employees. My policy was changed without my knowledge. My initial premium was the lowest just to lock me in with them, However when there corporate didn't receive signed documentation for the discounts applied by agent the discounts were dropped and to say the less my coverage was too. I called TONY GREGORY the "OWNER" and told him the situation the didn't take ownership instead. Never returned calls... His employees feel the same they will tell you as they did me walking in to the office he is never there to assist... I WOULD GIVE THEM 2 CENTS OF MY MONEY!!!!! RUN ... RUN...RUN..."
