"My dad's doctor called in his prescription a few minutes before 2pm today. I called the pharmacy a few minutes after 2 and was told it would be ready in about an hour. At 3:15 I approached the counter and was told it wasn't ready it would be a few minutes. No big deal. I told him I would just come back after while. I returned at 6:30 to be informed it still wasn't ready. I explained to the lady that it was called in before 2 today, I was here at 3:15 and was told it would be ready in a few minutes. She told me they had been very busy which I don't doubt but why did the previous cashier lie about when it would be ready? I told her I'd just come back tomorrow. I pulled back in my driveway at 7pm and received a text message from ingles saying it was ready. If they were going to text me, why wasn't I told this when I called? What a charade. Six people were in the pharmacy working. Maybe they need to hire some help."

"I came in to get my medications ,this late afternoon. 2 had been filled but they said my antibiotic hadn’t been because they needed to see if insurance would pay . I told her that insurance would pay for this type and to please check again. She came back and said the insurance will pay . Could I just give them 10 min to fill ‘it’ and if I sit on the bench at the end of the counter ,she will come give me my med there and I can pay in the back. I went and sat on the bench until they called my name . It was about 10 min like she said . I got up ,looked behind the counter at the lady ,for a few min ,and no response . So here I am , back in line and it’s been 10 min here . 2 people in front of me ,4 people behind me . The staff is nice ,though ."
