"STAY AWAY! Installed a pool heater that NEVER worked. Heater was wrong size, electrical was hooked up wrong. DISHONEST MAN! Did not know what he was doing, admitted he installed a spa size heater for a large pool and refused to refund money. A CON artist. Now your response is suggesting I told you where to put a pump in and how. You presented yourself as a knowledgeable professional- you told me what I needed and where I needed it. You installed it. It never worked. I have asked for my money back and you refuse. You had said you would come in and place a bigger heater in as you sized it incorrectly. You were going to put a very poorly rated manufacture model which I said I wanted a Rheem which is what I paid for. I have asked for you to pick up the non working heater and I have asked for my money back. You have ignored all my requests. As I move forward I have now had 2 pool people come in and say you did not know what you were doing AND you preformed electrical work which you are not licensed to do. I now have to have a licensed person come in and take out what you did AND repair the pump which you cut the electrical and did not repair properly, You did not know what you were doing. You NEVER delivered me a working product and your created a fire hazard. Now- again I ask for my money back and I am happy to give you your non working pump. I am happy to continue to debate this on social media as you are ruining any reputation you have. Now please refund me my money."
