"This company is very slow and that doesn't work for prescriptions that need to be taken daily. They said that they would reach out when it's time for a refill and they didn't. I have had to call every time, then it takes another week for them to ship it out! They also never respond to emails!"
"Current incident With Your Company. I had a very upsetting conversation with the Manifest Pharmacy manager and some of their staff. I requested that my medication must be the same brand name as my previous ordered due to its great effectiveness on me. Your staff assured me on the phone that I would receive the specific brand cream that I requested. But the medication I received was a different brand than the one I had requested and been confirmed would be sent. Another problem was that the medication price went from about $68.00 for 3 tubes to $200.00 for 3 tubes. I placed a call to Manifest and requested to speak to the manager hoping to solve my issue, but unfortunately the manager would neither allow me to return my order or be compensated for the wrong brand cream. Now I paid $200.00 for 3 tubes of cream I cannot use. I will not order my medication from your company again and will inform my friends of my bad experience with your company."
"Update. I have confirmed that the information this pharmacy stated in regards to how I should be taking my medication was inaccurate. The most inappropriate conversation I have had from a manager and some staff of any company. This call could have been handled in a much better manner. I was unaware that I wasn't taking my medication correctly. That is on me But the manager stated "It's not our fault you aren't taking your medication as you are supposed to." a better way would have asked how I'm taking it and let me know I wasn't taking it correctly which then caused the misunderstanding. I was unaware that my other prescription was also available over the counter. Thats on me BUT the manager stated "You need that medication right now??" and laughs. Then proceeds to inform me I can get it over the counter as well. A better way would have been to understand the patients pov and gave the option that it's over the counter as well. I get that my medication was delivered on their end and I didn't recieve it because it might be a USPS error. She and her staff told me to contact my HOA or the subdivision community to see if anyone has it instead of them contacting USPS to see where the package might be. My assumption is that this occurred only to the fact that I asked if they can contact USPS. I have no way of contacting the community to see if anyone has the package. I was the one that had to call this pharmacy to get my re-occuring prescriptions sent to me. At that time, no one told me that I wasn't taking the prescription as I needed to or there were over the counter options. I also stated I didn't think it was appropriate to be asked to contact my community to ask for the package. I take fault in not understanding some things. This still could have been handled better."
