But Dr. Wix and the girls make me feel so comfortable and calm my dental anxiety. I had a gap in between my front teeth that I was very self conscious about. Craig fixed my smile by filling the space. It matches perfectly and I love it!!! If you’re looking for a new dentist go by and see all of the friendly faces at Palmetto Dentistry!"

"My first visit here today I felt welcomed at first sight. The staff here is incredible. Jenny was awesome and I looking forward to my future appointments. Everyone is amazing. Thanks You guys for seeing me so soon. My second visit didn’t go as smooth as my first visit did. When I went to check out and pay my co pay I reach in my wallet and gave the lady at the desk my money in her hand when she came back with my change I had my hand out and she placed my change on the counter and at that moment I realize that I’m gonna need to find another dentist because she was extremely rude. Nothing against everyone else because they are the best but I didn’t like that and felt it was disrespectful. I wanna say her name was Lisa but I’m not 100 percent sure."

"I asked for a price check and was charged 22.50 for the price check. I was not happy with that because I made it clear I wanted to know the price first. When I gave the receptionist my card she did not thank me or tell me to have a good day. Dentist was sitting right there in the chair at the front behind the desk and did nothing too. I guess it was because I refuse to pay out an expensive price for something I know runs cheaper elsewhere. The last time I was there, I was told I was the one responsible for gathering my dental records for Dr. Wix's office. The same receptionist said it was MY responsibility to gather my records, not that they failed to do anything in the process like ask me when my last x ray was or where I went to before. Isn't it usually the doctors offices who gather records for the patient after the patient signs a release form? But I did not not receive any release forms for previous records; they were just going to go ahead and do more x rays on me even though it had not been a year since my last one. Nor was I asked if I had had x rays before. If I had been told about gathering my records before, it would have saved a lot of time and energy. However, it was a problem because it cut into my appointment time by 30 minutes and it caused the hygienist rush through my cleaning because I was only allotted an hour."

"The staff and dentist are incredibly friendly!! The office is very clean and Dr. Wix does an excellent job on taking care of my dental needs. He is always gentle and the hygientist is very thorough! You won’t find a better dental office around."
