"I would like to start this review by saying have no complaints against the hygienists or dentists in the office, however I have had a terrible experience with the 'Financial Coordinator'. I became a patient in the beginning of 2023. I was impressed with their google reviews, and was looking for a more personable, less corporate dental office. I had no problems with any of my preventive service appointments, however in September I agreed to have a couple of fillings done in one appointment because I was advised that I would owe a little over $300 out of pocket that my insurance would not cover, which I paid at the time of the visit. Fast forward a month to receive a bill for almost $1200. Additionally, instead of receiving a bill through email, or being able to pay through their website, I only received a mailed invoice, followed by a text message to make payments through a third party text link. This text link for payment does not seem professional to me. I called the office regarding the balance and explained that my plan reimburses for what I pay out of pocket. I agreed to pay the amount out of pocket, but asked that the claim be re-filed reflecting the amount I have paid out of pocket, only to be told by their 'financial coordinator' that they are out of network with my insurance. After almost 10 months as a patient, their financial coordinator thinks that their office being out of network with my insurance is the issue. I explained to their 'financial coordinator' that my dental plan reimburses for what I pay out of pocket, and I do in fact have dental benefits left for the year, which another dental provider was easily able to confirm. Additionally, my children's dental office is 'out of network', and they have no issues filing the claims correctly reflecting what we have paid out of pocket, and I am always reimbursed by insurance thereafter. Long story short, they are not upfront about billing, and they do not appear to verify benefits before quoting out of pocket amounts. I think that being quoted for $300 out of pocket, then billed for $1200 is misleading/deceptive to have people move forward with services. If they had told me I was would have to pay $1500 upfront out of pocket, I would not have moved forward with the services at that time. Now I have to follow up with my dental insurance to file a claim for the amount I paid out of pocket. Additionally, I received no receipt for my payment of over $1000, until I received another bill. I hate to be so negative, but having to pay over $1000 to this office in December really bothered me, as well as having to take on the additional steps of following up with my insurance for reimbursement. I have never wanted to be done with a dental office more than this one. I hope this helps someone."

"Pros: very nice facility. Hygienist was the best I’ve ever had and I’m 38 yrs. Old. Friendly staff and I’m in & out every visit & ive been there at least 4 times Cons: you have to remember although nice this is a place of business & it’s still all about the money. I no longer can go back because I was told my insurance would cover an abstraction. Months later I get a bill for $121! & was told I should have read the fine print that says “you will be responsible for payment if your insurance don’t cover it” which is cool but I remember vividly telling the hygienist that I don’t think it would cover because of the time frame , she pushed the issue and said well let’s give it a try and came back and ensured me it did go through, so I’m thinking she knew something I didn’t. So they went and proceeded to abstract my tooth. But now I’m stuck with another bill on top of a payment plan I’m already paying for $130. It would’ve been sincere if she came back & said we put it through but it may not take would you like to proceed anyway but no she simply said it went through. So now I’m in collections."

"First time here. My tooth cracked. They got me right in. Staff was super nice and even tho I don’t like going to dentist, he made me feel less anxious and comfortable. My new dentist!"

"My whole family can say without a doubt that All Smiles is the BEST & only place I can recommend. We have come for years. Not only for me & my husband, but our kids have learned to have a healthy view of regular visits without anxiousness, fear or discomfort. The staff is so friendly & personal. Dr. Crocker & our favorite hygienist EVER Amanda, has helped us over the years going above & beyond on more occasions than I can count. Not only in caring for our smiles in the moment but investing in our care for the long term. I trust this practice for our care, honesty, & recommendations for our kids. They actually like going to the dentist because of this awesome group of people. My daughter will never let us go anywhere else & they know she can be difficult & yet welcomes her back time and again. I should have shared this review long ago & well past time. For anyone on the fence about looking for an amazing practice. Join this one. You won’t regret it."
