"I can’t believe I’m even writing this . I’m highly disappointed in the care/treatment I’ve been receiving . I was trying to be patient with my issues but at this point there’s just too many “mistakes” . Went for my 1st appointment for routine cleaning back in November . 2nd appointment I had to go back for a second cleaning due to my teeth not being properly cleaned the first time . I also had my first of 4 cavities filled , on my 2nd appointment . Then for my 3rd appointment I got my second of 4 cavities filled . 4th appointment was supposed to be my last two fillings . An X-ray was done just to be told they didn’t properly remove/clean out the second cavity from my 2nd appointment and discovered 2 “missed” cavities !!! Which makes a total of 6 . So once again I have to go back for rework . They literally have to redo my whole tooth ALL OVER AGAIN ! They went ahead and proceeded with my scheduled appointment , which was supposed to be my last “cavity filling” before discovering the 2 “missed” cavities . When I got home my mouth WOULD NOT stop hurting . It was so bad I went to the ER , just to be told they left a hole in my tooth from the CAVITY FILLING . So the pain is literally from my tooth being left open . Which just means that I will have to go YET AGAIN for more REWORK ! I have never in my life experienced this type of service !!! I haven’t been able to eat absolutely anything , going on 3 days ! I can only do soups and/or smoothies because of the sensitivity from the hole in my tooth ."

"I am completely disappointed with the availability for customer service and the lack of being to get emergency contact. The standard voice mail states to call 911 if there is pain…well did that!!! Fortunately, they need my dentist’s also. So I got a bandage and was sent home in pain! The situation would have been better if I was able to contact my dentist or the an on-call dentist to help! Poor extended care"

"It's been awhile but I really need to leave a review. I have been seeing Dr Makerson since before she even went into private practice. So, many many years. I have had several extractions, alot of cosmetic work. Every visit was fabulous, little or no pain. My last visit I asked to have more cosmetic work done and got a price. In-between that visit and going to have the work done wow, man things changed. Wasn't a big job compared to work done in the past but I didn't have any insurance now. Visit started out great. She said we would work up a dental plan. Talked to her about price and was told price went up. I'm on a very tight budget. Disabled. I asked if she would please honor the estimate she had given me. She was so very rude. Very short with me. I was so hurt because thought I was more than just a patient. You know, how I had always been treated.. WOW, no insurance really made a difference in how she treated me. I felt so ashamed. The only thing I could do was ask her to honor her estimate and I couldn't pay over it. I only had money for the visit-that was all I had to my name. She did the work,walked out, and no dental plan, no good by. She made me feel like something on the bottom of her shoe she wanted to scrape off. Wow, she really changed and didn't care of her patients that had followed her all those years. It's just about the money now. Don't forget where you came from. I still say God Bless You, but I will never go back. All I can do is tell others my experience."

"My experience at Dr. Makerson, office was very quick, and it's like I'm talking to some of my sister when I'm there. Your greeted at the door with a smile by Ms. Lora and my sister Ms. Rachel does an awesome job cleaning my teeth, and keeping up with my appointments. The Makerson are just great at what they do in keeping everyone safe. Great job everyone.....keep up the good work."
