"Very bad customer service! Called to get pool quote. He showed up an was told in a week or two would get a quote have not received one been about two months still no word. Show up to there location there was 7-8 people standing around outside they called him an he answered right away and then was told he would reach out to me an get the quote to me I’ve had tried calling texting office cell phone still nothing was told he was the only sales people who has only 1 sales person when there was at least 8 people standing around at office doing nothing an have not had a return phone call, text, email nothing an have contacted on website too not one word! Would not recommend them!"

"Apparently residential service is not their priority. I called on 3 consecutive days asking for someone to schedule an appointment to look at a pump motor issue. The team appears to not be in touch with who is working or why no one will respond. I reached out to the owner by email ( one of his employees said that would get the fastest response) but no response yet. I asked for recommendations on other companies that would be reputable and they did give me a couple of names. So I called the competitor, and in less than 24 hours the other company is here making repairs."

"This place has been great. They are upfront, responsive and most of honest. We bought our pool robot from them and really like how we were treated. Recently the cold weather did some damage to our equipment. One call and they were out here quickly and fixed it. It’s great to know they aren’t just out to quote you the most expensive options. Numerous times they could have led me in that direction and they didn’t. Thank you Aquarian. I would highly recommend them for service, parts and advice."
