"100% the BEST. It's taken me a while to write this review because it's incredibly hard to find the right words to describe just how absolutely amazing Rachel Smith Waits and her S&S team are. We started shopping around for a pool about a year before we actually pulled the trigger. When the decision was made to move forward, the ONLY person that came to mind was Rachel. She is respectful, patient, accommodating and honest. Her team is great as well, Frank is extremely experienced and knowledgeable. The experience of the install was pure quality and amazing to watch as its was seamless and precise. Rachel took the reins from day one, making a stressful situation almost serene. My pool is installed and perfect. S&S made sure to use the top quality materials and provide the best of the best (pumps, etc) with the job. "S&S pools was amazing to work with! As a first time pool owner I did not know what to expect. Everything was organized from the beginning, Rachel kept me informed of every single step of the way. When I screwed something up with my pump at 9pm she was on the phone with me walking me through it and even ended up needed to take a part from her own pool pump and meet me at 9pm so I could fix mine and wouldn’t get behind schedule! Excellent family atmosphere and extremely knowledgeable! So glad I decided to go with S&S Pools!"

"They were extremely helpful and friendly. This is the second year I have done a summer waves pool, and last year I absolutely failed at properly maintaining it the way it should be. It was frustrating and led to me giving up on it. My test strips would always read not enough, to much, or just not there at all in some of these things being tested. I took a sample of my water to S&S and after testing it, I was told that my Ph and chlorine were good, that all I needed to do is add alkalinity and stabilizer to maintain my levels. She gave me written instructions on what to do, and only sold me the alkalinity BECAUSE!!! The stabilizer she had would have lasted my pool with the size it is 2 years and that I could save money by buying a smaller bottle of it elsewhere. She wasn’t trying to sell me everything in her store to make a profit and even was looking out for the best interest of my wallet. The pool is beautiful, doesn’t reek of chlorine (which she also explained is not something that a pool should smell like) and thus far all I have had to do since her helping me, is test my pool daily.
