"Followed instructions, sent twice and returned both times due to "barcode cut off". They claim 24/7 customer service via phone, email or chat, but to date no one has responded to email or voicemail and the online chat was just an ai that repeated the same un-useful "barcode cutoff " message. Has not been possible to reach a human being despite them holding my current passport. Do not use. False advertising and shocked Fed-Ex works with them. I'd welcome a response from them to this review but do not expect they have human customer service reps."
