"Sadly, after two years of service I must write this review noting the poor service we’ve received this season with this “company”! I say company very lightly. I’ve worked in customer service for more than 15 years and I’m beyond disappointed with Edward. Not only did he beg my husband to keep him employed and continue to use his services, but even after we agreed he could never show up on time and there was always an excuse! Excuse, excuse, excuse. He informed us last month that June would be his last month operating and thanked us for using him. Fast forward to this month and he is begging us to take them back at higher rate and we politely told him we had another friend helping. He was angry and even called the rival company to inform them that our friend was helping us. Joke was on him, they were aware of it and didn’t mind. Edward is a joke and shady business person. Never will be ever set foot back on our property! Be warned"

"Recently purchased a house and the seller had Mr. Babinec do a green pool cleanup. I'll admit up front the pool was in terrible condition prior to his cleaning. Myself, my realtor, and another family member did a walkthrough of the property the day after his cleaning. He had made the water blue again and cleaned the leaves and debris off the top, but the bottom of the pool was covered in piles of leaves and a brown slimey film in every crack, crevice, and basin. We immediately requested the seller have him return to address the condition of the pool and he said he would. He never returned. I contacted him a week later, and he sent me an extremely terse text stating he would return, but he never returned. He made excuses for two weeks, always saying tomorrow. After two weeks, he argued with me and called us essentially liars, but again said he would return....tomorrow and tomorrow and tomorrow. He never answered his phone, always texts, and had promised to come clean "tomorrow" at least a dozen times in the last month. A professional would have prioritized a dissatisfied customer, a professional would have returned quickly to see their customers concern for themselves instead of arguing two weeks later, a professional would speak over the phone, not make false promise after false promise. He has been completely unprofessional throughout this process. He didn't come see for himself his own work right away, because clearly he knew the complaint was valid and he had scammed the seller out of his money. I would not recommend anyone do business with Babinec's Pool Service."
