"I highly do not recommend this place is started last month when I had a booked an appointment for a cleaning and I had something come up. I called and left a voicemail to cancel the appointment. I received the phone calls, telling me that I needed to do better at communication and they don’t check their voicemails and that we can reschedule the appointment which I rescheduled to today at 2 PM. I got there on time waited 30 minutes in the waiting room Until they move me to a room where I waited another 30 minutes and no one came in. It’s absolutely ridiculous. The appointment was scheduled at 2 PM for a reason And it only being a cleaning at that is insane to me. I told him I had been waiting there since 2 PM and she told me I could feel free to reschedule. I will never be back to this dentist. Absolutely insane wasted my time"
"Stay far away from this practice unless you like to waste your time and have your money stolen. .I will not go into detail but Just by reading some of the reply’s to other reviews it is very clear this practice can not take responsibility for anything, it’s always the patients fault when clearly there is an internal issue. Might be time for this practice to do some internal reviewing and weed out the bad apple(s)."

"The staff is friendly and family oriented. I almost let someone’s negative review stop me. Then I scrolled further down and realized they had way more positive reviews than negative. They did not disappoint, they were great with my 15 year old son and my 20 year old with anxiety. The service amazing, never seen our teeth so white.We have found our new dental home. Thanks ladies!"
"The dentist and hygienist were good. Our problem was with the reception. She was very rude and kept referring to me as honky (I have audio recording). They keep booking appointments when I called and told them we will be going elsewhere. Thinking we were done until we get emails saying we had appointments on multiple occasions. They do this so they can charge you for missed appointments. I will be more than happy to pay anything we owe but not for appointments when we have already stated several times we will not return. My attorney is preparing documents to file suit currently. As a dental business your first impression should not be a rude receptionist with rotten teeth. You have cameras, that's even better! I expected this reply. Stop referring to yourself in the third party , we all know you are responding to these reviews. You complete lack of culpability and the aggressive denial and blame tactic you use in every negative review is indicative of your personality. And you are incorrect I've only done a few reviews and I gave 5 to evergreen post control because they actually understand customer service. Why is identity so important to you? How does this "i know you are but what am i" nonsense benefit you. I would be more than happy to resolve this issue in a civil manner but not with you. I dont think you have the ability to do so. And you do need to get the teeth fixed, you work in a dental office for god sake. I await your hyper aggressive, tactless response. I see they removed their hyper aggressive response."
