"I would give a zero if I could. I bought a boxed above ground pool. I went here to get my water tested and was met at the door by a gentleman. He asked what I needed and told him that I woul like to get my water tested. He asked was a customer there already and I replied no. Then he said if they test my water that I had to buy a year's supply of chemicals. I asked the cost and he said between 5 and 600 dollars. I just wanted to get water tested and enough supplies to get my started. I asked him could I pay to get it tested and his answer was "only if you bit a year's supply of chemicals ". I looked at him and told him that I would just go to Spartanburg/Boiling Springs and I left. I to Boiling Springs to The Pool House store. They checked my water,set me up with some supplies and I paid $75 i wouldn't recommend this store to anyone. Gaffney should open another pool store because every customer he turns away because they won't buy a year's supply of chemicals will come to your store. Iron City Pools, you need to do better. You lost a sale and I have went back and bought a pool ladder and vacuum."
