I thought it was a battery issue, called the shop and they said they could charge it in Katonah on our lunch break. I'd heard about this bike shop but was blown away when entering. It is the SEXIEST bike shop I've ever seen. Feeling at home with tons of titanium and carbon bikes. Shelves of great merch including Rapha...yes Rapha that I've never seen in a bike shop before. Colin was incredibly helpful and managed to replace my broken derailleur (not D12 issue) during our brief lunch break. For him to even have the part was a miracle but then to get me on the road with my group in a matter of 30 mins was above and beyond. I'll be coming back whenever I can!"
