"Bought a shaft second-hand that turned out to have a cracked ferrule. I called up Jerry and within 15min the shaft was on his lathe. He did exceptional work in replacing the ferrule, hooking me up with a new G2 tip, and cleaning up the shaft to make it look and feel like new. Professional-quality work at a very reasonable price."

"I had 3 cues tipped, I had purchased and brought 2 to Jerry and purchased one through him. He tipped my Predator Revo shaft, which saved me a lot of time sending it to a certified professional. He tipped my spare Lucasi custom shaft and breaking shaft as well. Additionally, He conditioned the Lucasi and the break shafts. I should have taken a before and after picture of the Lucasi shaft, full of chalk, and had zero glide. After the conditioning, the feel of both shafts is amazing, looks brand new.
