"Had an appointment to revisit previous work done by another provider. A re-treatment of the tooth was recommended. When discussing my apprehension towards dentist offices as a result of fear of needles and the overall atmosphere, both the dentist and nurse proceeded to laugh. Nothing more to say than I will not be returning to have the work done at this office. Unprofessional and definitely not a way to ease one’s concerns."

"Dr Pfister and his staff are very professional and friendly. I had 2 previous root canals over the last 25 years by other endodontists, and this was by far the least uncomfortable. His root canal work was about as uncomfortable as a simple filling, though it did take more time, of course. I hope that you never need a root canal, but if you do, I recommend Dr. Pfister"

"Had to get my first root canal done and was really nervous. I had been putting it off for a LONG time due to dental anxiety. He offered me something to help shake the nerves and didn’t make me feel weird for taking the offer. Anyways, got it done and they were absolutely amazing. No pain at all! A little sore the next day but nothing a little Tylenol couldn’t fix. I have to get one more done and I am actually excited for it to get fixed rather than nervous. 10/10 would recommend them!"
