"The auction is inconsistent with communication. I dropped my items off 60 days ago and half of them were sold in an auction as described when I dropped them off. The other half of the items were moved to an auction about 45 days after being dropped off but this was not communicated until I inquired about it. I’ve followed up over the last week to find out if the remaining items had sold, and the auction has avoided answering the question. As of right now, they’ve stopped responding and did not provide an answer. I would not recommend using this auction to sell items."

"I was bidding online, but the auction house sold the item before allowing my bid to come through (people were bidding on top of the each other) so the system needed to process. Upon calling the auction house, Mary Ann was rude and refused to recall the item. Worst auction house experience I have ever had! Never would buy from them and an unethical company."
