"Lovely place visit with rich Charleston artifacts and history. Enjoy!"
"This museum is small but full of history and interesting stories. Our guide, Pam, was amazing!! My kids and I learned a lot and had an incredible time. My kids would not stop staring at the artifacts our guide was talking about. She made it very entertaining and fun! We will definitely go back soon. There were some places we didn’t get to see be wise we arrived late and even then, Pam agreed to take us around. Highly recommend it!"
"The Summerville history is very interesting, I even seen an image of a woman who may have been a relative.. The tour isn't set for children, I brought a 3 yr old and 9 yr old. They were bored from the start so I excused ourselves so the rest of the group could enjoy the tour."
"We attended their fossil event today (8/5/23), which was informative and fun. The museum is also very nice and has several interesting displays about Summerville and the broader SC Lowcountry. The volunteers that run the museum are cheerful, helpful, and have an obvious love for the town of Summerville."
"This is a fascinating little museum with a lot of history about Summerville. It was well worth the time to go see it."
