"Make sure to call and cancel your appointment 24 hours ahead of time or else you will be dismissed as a patient. Does not matter the emergency or if it was family or medical. Would not recommend this office. This was also a new paitent appointment and the FIRST ever appointment missed. If you look at the other negative reviews you'll see one paitnent missed a np appt 4 times, so not sure how we got this treament after the very first mistake. Better be perfect to go here."

"We visited APD today for a second opinion in regards to a treatment plan for my daughter that was recommended by another local pediatric dentist office in our area that I just wasn’t sure about. Dr. Kevin, his office, and staff were so personable, kind, and informative about their recommendations for my child. I felt so much more comfortable following their recommendations and they took the time to explain everything to me, which is all I was looking for. I am so happy I found them and will happily make the 45+ minute drive to see them! So pleased with care they provided my child today."

"I had a recent visit and my experience and expectations were not met. My daughter had chipped a hole in her tooth and her appointment was set for a cleaning and the receptionist mentioned they would take care it the day of her appointment. Therefore, once we got there they clean her teeth and told us to reschedule another appointment while my child was in pain. Dr. Kevin was extremely rude to address my situation among staff and his patients. I never seen a professional talk to his patient mother in a rude and disrespectful tone."
