"I've brought my children here for 19 years my oldest is 20 and my youngest is 8. I've never had a problem. You can't go back with your child because they sit mostly in a large room together instead of small private rooms. They have aleays been professional and helpful. Except today when I called that my daughter who is 19 has an infected tooth and they didn't even offer to give her an appointment for antibiotics. They said there is nothing they can do for her."
"If so couuld give zero stars I would. RUN from this place. Please don't let your kids be exposed to this office. My child went here and he has since suffered major anxiety at all dentist and medical offices from his experience at this office. Any place that does not let you back with your young child should be a red flag. It has been years since we went and my son still cries at the mention of this office. The staff was rude, hateful and down right mean to my children. I don't have a clue how they are still in business. I hughlry regret trusting them with my children. My son had a bruise on his face in the mark of a handprint. He said they strapped him down and hurt him when he cried. Dr Mary at Greer Dental care is where you need to take your kids. She is patient, kind and loves her patients.. everything this office lacks."
