"My inlaws refuse to grant me alimony and a divorce. On November 20th 2019. There is some fraudulent stuff going on and there will be consequences for all that's involved with tampering with my life and identity. l was sent divorce papers with Cheryl Graham stamped on all the paper's. I responded back with my answer letter as a defendant I did not get a response back. In December of 2012 on the 21st a divorce was supposedly issued without my consent or acknowledgement. I only received divorce papers in 2019 and I refused to settle and sign and that's why I'm here now in 2023 going through the samething. I need a copy of my marriage license. My mother inlaw Pastor Rosemary Simmons Brown of Ridgeville SC married me and her son Jason Alexander Simmons in 2007. My name is Shamaya Raquel Simmons maiden name Jeffery. We went to St. George SC to get the marriage license done in 2007. In 2008 I was thrown out their house due to religious beliefs and infidelity catching her son cheating with Joeletta Richardson his mistress. April 11th 2007 is when my name was changed to Simmons when me and Rosemary Simmons Brown went to the social security office in west ashley sc on Tobias Gadsden Blvd. This is serious business and once the News get a hold of this injustice towards me then higher authority figures like the FBI will also take interest in my situation as well. Nobody wanted to help me it seemed like my inlaws had people in higher places backing them up and their lies I was outnumbered. If my inlaws really wanted this divorce process they would've did it in 2008 when they kicked me out. Instead they procrastinate and lead me on for 17 years hiding from me blocking me and living life as if I didn't exist. Having another woman pose as me giving her my life while they enjoy the marriage life without me. That's why I feel that my inlaws was into some scamming things when I ask for the divorce in 2019. They stalled the process and made up lies to cover up their wicked schemes in hopes that noone would believe me or take me seriously or assist me in my case. I moved to SC from NYC in 2005 and I met Jason Alexander Simmons in 2006 and his mother said she liked me and wanted me to marry her son. Manipulation of court documents as well as other documents and Manipulation of who is the real Mrs. Simmons.... married to Jason Alexander Simmons legally and she is me. I've only received $50 from my husband in 2021 cash app for my room rent cause I stay in a hotel which I had to beg for that $50. And I'm still living in a hotel struggling while they live it up praying on my downfall. My inlaws and their affiliates who had something to do with tampering with this divorce trying to destroy my life and reputation think that they are above the law and people who operate in that manner must be put in their places and taught a lesson. Can't fool the Justice ⚖ system forever sooner or later the truth will prevail. Can't pay your way out. The truth can hurt you and it can heal you ..depending on that person. I decree redemption over my life...over my name....over the injustice that's been done to me by my inlaws all for the love of money greed envy pride power control and fear. I had a choice and they all had choices too and they all chose to slander me and delay me avoid me and lied to others about me and about who i am so that people see me in a different light. And i chose to fight back with the facts and illuminate the truth. They kept me in the dark hidden for year's!!!! Its 2024 i will not allow that!.. They paid people to delay this divorce process from the start because they feared me and they know they was wrong. Paying people to gangstalk and harass me and harm me with voodoo hoodoo wanting me dead over money and the truth being exposed about how they lied on the 1st divorce paper's in 2019. They spent so much money on nonsense to try to hurt me and ended up hurting themselves as well as putting other's under judgement for assisting them with sabotaging me. I will receive justice no matter how long it takes. Civil lawsuit"

"Even with evidence and a case presented to the judge I still lost. Not only that but the defendant admitted to doing the damage and the judge still favored for the defendant. Mind you the defendant didn't even have nothing to say the judge was talking for his m asking him questions with the evidence I presented her. The defendant wasn't even talking she was talking for him as if she was his lawyer. Not only that, but there wasn't anyone to record what we were saying for the records. I will be appealing my case."
