"This is the worst Dentist office . Their communication and how they handle customers is horrible . The person that is in charge of taking appointments should be fired . Waited 6 months for an appointment, they day I go in for my appointment they don’t have a hygienist want to reschedule my appointment. After waiting 6 months . No thank you . Would not recommend this office to a crack head ."

"I have always had a fear of having dental work done since I was a child. I went to Dr. Teddy Martin's office to have a tooth filled and I may, it was the best dental experience ever. He and his office staff are patient, understanding and very soft spoken. I am extremely impressed with the filling as well. This office is very honest and make you feel your worth. I already made another appointment."

"Been taking my son for 2 years. We pay cash due to no dental insurance. Every appt they give me a price for my next appt. He had appt in June but the office pushed it to Sept ( due to being short staffed) so sure, no problem. Well we have our appt and I go to check out. Bill comes to $44 over what they originally gave me! While I am asking why, she RUDELY interrupts me because my mask was under my nose by centimetres. Never mind the big piece of plastic between our faces and you having a mask on, let's interrupt the PAYING customer ( who counts every dime we have) to worry about my mask being under my nose. So I ask again, why is bill over the amount given? SHe says its because he is now an "adult". My son is 14 !!! ADULT??? sure would have been nice if someone would have told me that before hand! Like I said, we rely on a budget. She gave me no response. I asked for a breakdown of his next appt, I got the receipt. So i STILL do not know how much his appt will be, as xrays will be necessary at that point. This staff not only was rude & condescending to me about the mask, they also walked around WITHOUT a mask on, then instructed me to put mine on when waiting in waiting room ( ALONE). Its a shame that the staff is so rude & un compassionate but yet the DR is great. His staff makes the office and represents him. I try to do things right, I take my son to the dentist faithfully paying out of pocket, and get ripped off by an office who is uncaring, immature, and most of all unprofessional. I will be removing my son as a patient and will no longer be recommending this office. You should never leave an appt feeling like I did as a paying customer."

"This office doesn’t appear to be that special when you walk in, but after getting signed and having work done, I can’t say enough positive things about this office. Very friendly staff and Dr Martin is very outgoing and professional. I have washed my hands with the dentists in the local area until I found this office.
