"Was trying to get an extra key made for my Impala. As soon as I come into the store some man in a dirty shirt ask me if I need help. I say yes I want to get a key made for my car. He directs me to the back and no one is back there. The same man in the dirty shirt finally comes to the back looks at my faab and says we can’t make that here. I say OK I’ll go somewhere else because he was being weird and rude. He yells behind me as I’m walking away that for a faab like mine it would be $130? I thought they couldn’t make a copy of the key. I was also pretty insulted because I NEVER said a thing about the price. I knew it would be over $100 because it’s a freaking key faab. This place has terrible customer service and I definitely won’t be coming back."
