"This place is a joke and filthy with children "running" the show. If the head stinks then you shouldn't expect anything less from the body. The front desk in summer 2023 does not know how to simply cancel memberships and send emails to confirm. Today, I had to repeat my issue to three different people one of which was the GM, Zac, which laughed in the face of my aggravation. This company continued to withdraw membership fees after I called to cancel in 2023. Zac called me back to back after I hung up because he refused to refund the last amount just taken out 1/26. I asked well how many days can I ride out the remainder. He did not want to tell me or the idiotic GM didn't know. I called back. Zac picked up. Then he finally told me I had until 2/28. You should have said that the first time instead of being antagonistic, GM."

"Absolutely horrible gym. Horrible customer service. Dealing with them has been an absolute nightmare. Go to a locally owned small gym. These people are crooks, and they do not care about you in any way shape or form. From dysfunctional equipment, to hidden fees, you will REGRET becoming a member. Do NOT join! You’ve been warned."

"A/C issues, poorly maintained equipment, cleaning supplies are frequently out or hard to find, and an assortment hidden or miscellaneous fees. In general, there’s always a problem in some way shape or form and the customer service when trying to having an issue addressed sucks. This place does not care about their members and isn’t worth the price. The general manager (I think his name is Jason) is a liar. Do NOT become a member here. You will regret it."

"There was absolutely no air condition, a bunch of machines were broke down. The water fountain was nothing but very hot water coming out. They need to fix these problems immediately."
