"Rob, the man who did the presentation, screamed at my husband and I in front of a room full of people because we did not want to purchase, saying if we wasn’t going to purchase we shouldn’t have went, that we took food off his family’s table, and then said “get out!” Very rude and unprofessional. Honestly if the presentation appealed to us and our needs we would have purchased, but it did not."

"This place does give free gifts for listening to a presentation but it has 44 better business bureau complaints so it may not be a good travel agency. Also deception on pricing where you give you a high initial price then lower by the price by half or more."
