"Never had a bad experience w/ AAA Floral Park before. So I always use them. I used them to go to airport a couple weeks ago and it was fine. BUT yesterday the car never showed at the airport. Called the office but it was closed! There was no other number to call like the assigned drivers cell or somsthing. We near froze while waited on line for a cab in light clothing. That one star I gave was for past good service. I'll still use em for daytime use but near closing time flight arrivals.... no chance."
