"So if you love charcoal you will love the chipotle in Spartanburg. Had two different meals that the steak was just chopped into tiny pieces of charcoal burned meat just sad to see such terrible quality from a amazing company the only thing that was made to perfection was the chips"

"Haven't been to this particular location, but three times now. Everytime we've gone its been absolutely wonderful. Customer service has been nice, restaurant looks clean and the food is always good! We always order online and our food is always prepared right and everything we asked for is always included in our bowls, burritos or whatever it is we may get. Our order is always ready when it says it will be. I could drink the vinaigrette its so good! My first time ever trying it was recently and oh my isn't it good!"

"Just want to start this off by saying we used to eat here pretty regularly but here lately there is an inconsistency in the quality of food you are giving your customers for $20 for a meal of this quality is ridiculous. You serve your customers brown guacamole and old steak that is extremely dry from sitting out. If I could give a negative rating on the quality of this food, I would. Y’all need to get it together and do better."

"The food was pretty good. We got a chicken bowl and steak bowl- both were good but the chips were not great- very stale and some were stuck together or not cooked well. The guacomole tasted great and chicken was wonderful. Make sure the chips are cooked fresh if you decide to get any."

"Listen this is a nasty facility with horrible customer service! This food cost too much to get your order taken by someone who has no customer experience and is forcing you to order quick bc she doesn’t want to be bothered. I was scared her fake lashes were about to fall in my bowl. The food was good however everything else gets a “F”. I will probably never come back but I hope this review helps someone…"
