"Joe walked me through the pool net process and answered my questions about some settling concrete issues we had around our pool. He assured me that the net would work well with our pool. Issac came to install our net and he didn’t a great job! It took about 5 hours and he gave me a tutorial. We are located in Mississippi. We had to wait on the materials to come in but Joe was very transparent with the timeline and when they would be able to fit us in to install. 10 out of 10 recommend!"

"Amazing experience from beginning to end! We recently installed a pool, so I needed to find a cover that would fit our unique shaped pool but also meet our cover needs. I wanted a cover that would be easy to take off/on in winter so I could keep cleaning the pool so bugs/leaves didn’t stain the plaster, a cover to protect the pool when the leaves fell from the trees and a safety cover that would still allow us to enjoy the look of the pool even in winter. The Katchakid net and leaf cover seemed to meet all our needs. Since I live in Arkansas I wasn’t sure if it would be possible to install this type of cover. However, after a quick call to Joe he assured me my location would not be an issue. He asked for a picture of my pool and the dimensions and was soon able to provide me an estimate over the phone. He answered all my questions and even face timed me when I wanted to see how it worked and see what a certain color looked like installed. Within a week or 2 of signing the contract, he was in Arkansas installing the net. Joe and his co-worker were polite, honest, professional, worked quickly and cleaned up everything before they left. Even though I paid him the final payment when he finished installing the net, Joe didn’t cash my check until the leaf cover arrived at my house the following week. This shows how honest he is and how he appreciates providing great customer service. Overall it was a wonderful experience working with Joe and his team. I would highly recommend his company and the katakid safety net/leaf cover if you are looking for a pool cover."
