"RUN RUN RUN!!!! DO NOT USE BO. HE IS THE WORST CONTRACTOR I'VE EVER DEALT WITH AND WE BUILT A CUSTOM HOME IN 2017. I WROTE A PREVIOUS REVIEW BUT NOT SURE WHERE IT WENT. HERE IT IS AGAIN! We hired Bo in August of 2020 things started well - was communicative and started our pool in February 2021 -- first 6 weeks went well answered calls, came out when we needed him too, after the 3rd payment ironically he went MIA. No calls and if he texted they were rude and short! He PROMISED "come hell or high water" he would have our pool finished by JUNE 2021. Never happened! I begged him and nothing but "we will finish your pool when all the parts are in" well come to find out our liner had been sitting at the warehouse for 3months ---LIAR! We ended up sending him a cease and dismiss letter in July 2021 and we hired another company to finish it out. It took 2 weeks to get the liner and 1 week pump/equipment and the pool was finished within a month and we were swimming in September 2021. He's an A** and one of the most indecent people I've ever met. We served him in December of 2021 and found out in March of 2022 he never responded so a judgment was placed on him! I DO NOT Think we will ever see any money back from hi so pleaseeeeeeee do not give this man the time of day!"

"My pool was suppose to be finished in April it is now December! He now refuses to answer and he refuses to finish our pool even after paying him $11,700 and over a $4,000 deposit. Worst person to have you do your pool do not use!!!"

"No pool in over a year . We were supposed to have a pool before winter 2020. June 2021 and no pool. Out major money and so is our friend that used him as well. He has no pool either. Do not give this man your money!!!"

"Our company was a Subcontractor for Crystal Blue Pools in 2013. We performed the work we were hired to perform but were never paid. When we reached out to the homeowner, the homeowner indicated that he had paid Bo Hill in full on the project and that he was happy with the work that we had performed. The owner of Crystal Blue Pools refuses to contact us regarding payment. Be cautious when contracting with this company. Make sure that you get signed and notarized lien releases from the subcontractors indicating that they have been paid for the work completed to ensure that Bo Hill from Crystal Blue Pools in paying his subcontractors."
