"The team at pool house is awesome. They do not try to sell you things that you do not need or rob you with prices. They are very knowledgeable and are always willing to give you advice and help whenever you need. I just used them to close my pool and they walked me through it from start to finish and also advised me on what we will need whenever we decide to open the pool. They steered me in the right direction with balancing my pool all year and again NEVER looked to sell me something I did not need. When they installed my pool cover they cleaned up after themselves and did a phenomenal job. I will use them from now till I don’t have a pool anymore for both chemical maintenance and closing/opening my pool"

I've visited this store several times over the past summer, and Lauren (and the other store employees!) have always been extremely helpful, patient, kind, and informative. I always leave this store knowing more about pool maintenance than when I walked in, and they always have the exact supplies or services I need to keep our pool in great shape. I've never had a single bad experience at this store -- they simply know how to do it right here. I will continue to come back to this store and highly recommend them to everyone else in the area. "We did not have a good experience with their communication and the install. The contractor tried to add on a fuel surcharge of $150. I had purchased and agreed to the pricing in the fall with pool house so I would be assured of the install in the spring. The install was also very rushed and they installed the wrong light bulb which then was told they can't help me and I should just find one somewhere else. Then had to reinstall the correct bulb under the water myself. All around not a good experience."

"We bought our 27' above ground pool frlm The Pool House in the spring of 2020 and had it installed by the installer recommended by Nathan. We had an issue with our pump by the end of the season and was able to have it taken care of with no issues. We have been using Sustain and the staff at The Pool House have been great with helping us balance and make sure all of our pool needs are taken care of. It is great knowing we have a small town, local, pool store that all we have to do is call with a question and the staff will always go above and beyond to make sure our concerns are addressed and our questions are answered, all with a smile and a friendly smile.
