"My senior trip was cancelled because of covid19 by Kelly tours, not my school or myself. They are not refunding me all my money that I saved up myself for months. I’ve called and emailed multiple times but they have not responded to the emails or voicemails or picked up the phone. This was the only field trip I was going on too because of money issues. I’m still trying to get my refund. Advice to schools: for future reference, I advise avoiding this business. It may be a little more expensive, but I could save you money and have better customer service"

"I wish I would have taken pictures! Just got back from my son’s Washington D.C. trip. On the way home our driver was not replaced. He was tired, sleepy, and driving all over the road. He was up at 0700, drive us throughout DC, then drove us home...24 hrs up. He told us the company does not care about hours awake up with no rest, just hours logged driving. Our bus broke down, due to their lack of routine maintenance. Even after a three hour delay, he drove. He admitted to struggling trying to stay awake, and asking the company for a replacement driver. They denied it and he even had to pay for the maintenance repair because all the company’s credit cards were declined."
