"We were stranded with a dead battery. The phone number for this AAA was not answered during business hours. We called another agency in a town farther away and they transferred us to this one again, with no answer. We eventually called a tow truck on our own."

I don’t understand how technology can wipe out a corporations ability to provide the service people have been paying for. No management will apologize say that they’ll refund you but they don’t reimburse you. They just want to extend your membership you’re paying for nothing you’re going to have to call a tow truck driver yourself anyway Do not get a AAA membership it’s wasted money"
