"Love coming here! Staff is attentive and great for a recommendation of their massive drink list. Typically a bar with this variety of drinks focuses on that, but the food is awesome. Try the mussels or a superb burger and be sure to mix up your drink order and try a couple. During the holidays they even get rare holiday options!"

"We had our daughter's baby shower here in the Bay Shore Tap room last Saturday. It was a wonderful experience with the most delicious food and wonderful service. We had 65 people in the upstairs room with plenty of room to socialize and relax at a table. We choose the Bay Shore Tap room because they have an elevator which was needed for the 102 year old great grandmother and anyone else that may have had issues with stairs not to mention it was easier to bring the gifts out. I heard nothing but positive loving comments about how this was the best shower they had ever been to and how great the food was. Thank you so much Tap room for giving us a day that will always be remembered We usually go to Tap room in Patchogue for dinner and their food and service is fantastic. We especially love the two bartenders Nikolai and Gabby they are the very best."

"Went in for a quick bite with my boyfriend tonight & we just had a few apps & drinks. Our waitress / bartender ( Sirena ) was the sweetest. She made a recommendation that I try the spinach dip & I ended up ordering it as well as a few other apps. The food came out hot & had decent timing. She’s great to talk to & kept us laughing! Deff a good spot & will absolutely be back!!"

"Tap Room is usually a hit for me, and their appetizers are spot on. However last time I went the service wasn’t the greatest, took a little bit to get our drink orders in and we weren’t offered a refill until we were done with our meal. The Carolina Chicken sandwich was not spicy at all which it was advertised to be, and the sweet potato fries came out cold. Drink selection is solid, appetizers are amazing, I would say it was just an off night when I went."

"Came here right before noon on a Saturday. We were seated right away. It was very chilly in the restaurant (but it was also very cold outside that day). They had live music playing - a woman and her guitar - which was such a treat! We loved her vibe and her song selection. We got to meet the new manager, as he went table to table and introduced himself. He was very nice. Lunch menu starts at noon but you can still order from the brunch menu until 2pm. Started with the Tapcho's, which were delicious. I was very disappointed with the chicken and waffles because they sounded delicious and I actually saw others reviews raving about it. Maybe an off day? I was hoping for a nice fluffy waffle but instead, it was extremely dry and crumbly, almost like the ones you buy in the supermarket that come wrapped individually. The hash browns were cold and hard. They did not seem fresh. The buffalo chicken wrap was good as well as the chicken pesto sliders. We’ve been here a few times, and the service is always great and the food is usually decent. I don’t know if I will order brunch again though."
