"Showed up over an hour late to refinance closing. Did not receive copy’s of anything I signed. I was told By Justin our closing attorney to send him a reminder and he would send them to me. Reached out over 4 times and will not respond back to my me. Still have not received copies."

"Justin J. Merritt just hung up on me. We are preparing a closing from a refinance and asked our mortgage company to let the law firm know that we did not won’t anyone in our house due to COVID reasons. Both parties were informed weeks ago that we simply wanted to do all closing documents at a Sheetz location which is not far from our home. This lawyer could not find the location and got frustrated with me when I tried to guide him.I handle all my affairs professionally and did not receive this professionalism in return from this lawyer. One the lawyer was late (1 hr late) for our closing because he stated he had several clients scheduled. Unfortunately, this is not my problem. The law firm need to schedule better. No one should use this law firm!!!"

"If I could give 0 stars I would. Was scheduled twice for closing and both times this law firm canceled on me without any notification. Both times I had to call to ask were their lawyer was and only then was I told they had to cancel. I hate having my time wasted and even worse the person who answers their phones speaks very broken english and could care less. DO NOT deal with this law firm!"
